Pastor Joshua talks all about shifting our focus toward eternal things and being intentional with how we invest our time, money, and resources. It reminds us that everything we have ultimately belongs to God, so we shouldn’t treat it like it’s ours to use however we want. Just like the woman in 2 Kings who made space for Elisha because he was doing God’s work, we’re called to support and serve the purposes of heaven. The question is—what kind of “soil” are we cultivating in our lives? Are we using what God has given us wisely? Scriptures like Galatians and Ecclesiastes challenge us to make sure the seeds we’re planting are actually good investments that will bear fruit. It’s about having a mindset that not only seeks to bless others but also honors God with every decision we make.
