We are called to be ministers of the gospel, remaining steadfast without becoming discouraged or disobedient. When we place our faith in God, He upholds us. It’s important to keep our hearts in check, because if we’re not careful, fame, money, or our own desires can easily lead us astray—especially as we prepare to receive a portion of our inheritance. God provides a fresh word every day, and we are meant to obey His instruction today without worrying about tomorrow. The Lord is pleased when we remember His guidance, focus on Him, and embrace His plan for His people. This sermon was delivered at Freedom Fellowship Church International in San Antonio, TX.
