We are called to meditate on what God has spoken over us day and night, standing firm and trusting in His deliverance. After we have done everything we need to do, we must obey His instructions rather than wondering why there are no miracles when we ignore them. If we fail to do our part and meditate on the Lord’s guidance, we will find ourselves at a standstill, needing constant reminders because we haven’t truly taken His words to heart. We must also be careful not to take for granted the prophecies God gives us, recognizing that they are gifts meant to guide, strengthen, and prepare us. God will not explain everything to us, but He calls us to be consistent and to take seriously the time we have now, knowing that He has greater gifts prepared for us.
