Our strength comes from faith and obedience, and everything we do should honor God. We should focus on the potential in others rather than our own qualifications, and avoid relying solely on our abilities. Depending on God ensures we follow the right path instead of doing things our own way. As we prepare to mentor others, we must allow the Spirit to work through us and be willing to revise our plans when necessary. Old methods may not serve us in new seasons, so we need to embrace fresh approaches. The words and guidance we receive have the power to transform lives and help us overcome obstacles.
