When the ten spies returned from the promised land, they focused only on the negative, ignoring the goodness God had promised. This shows the danger of speaking doubt against what God has declared. When He speaks, we are called to listen—not insert our own fear or opinions. In the wilderness, Satan offered Jesus things that already belonged to Him in the future, the very dominion Adam and Eve had surrendered through sin. But through Christ, God is restoring that lost authority to us as we step into our identity as His sons and daughters. From the beginning, God created everything good, but sin came to corrupt that goodness. Our role now is to be inspired by the Lord to recognize what has been corrupted—and, through His Spirit, renew and restore it. God has equipped us with His gifts to bring His goodness into every area of society. He never intended for the world to remain in corruption, but for His people to transform it back to His original design. Everything that has been given over to Satan—we are now called to take it back by force.
