This evening, we learned about the importance of sanctification in the sight of the Lord. Sanctification is a daily process that we have to be mindful of entering everyday. This should be something we practice now, because once the praises come, they can knock us off our course. Joseph was the top of Egypt and was blessed and highly favored because he revered the Lord. We heard that Gideon let the pride get to his head and caused his family to stumble. Don’t allow others or complacency take you off of the leading of the Holy Spirit. Just when you think you’ve made it, you need a reality check from God. This sermon was delivered at Freedom Fellowship Church International in San Antonio, TX.
