We are called to live and lead by example, following Jesus as our greatest example. When God gives us a vision, we must guard it, follow His instructions, and take ownership of what He has entrusted to us. We need to move beyond an employee mindset of executives who are active, responsible, and committed to excellence. We should regularly ask ourselves what we have done with what God has given us and strive to stand out in everything we do. By talking with God daily and listening for His direction, we can avoid assumptions and remain patient while faithfully doing our part. We should expect God to move when we pray for others and believe that healing and the supernatural are possible. We are called to be different from the world and to live according to the purpose and vision God has placed within us.
