When we pray or speak in faith, we are bringing heaven’s authority down to earth. As believers, we carry authority through Christ, and the enemy has no power over us when we walk in that truth, so we must not believe lies that make us feel powerless. Instead of focusing on darkness, we are called to shine light and reveal God’s purpose. Just as Jesus demonstrated authority over the storm, we, too, are given authority on earth, and we are called to walk in that authority with faith and confidence.
